The Synthesis and Properties of HA-K / Attapulgite Clay / Polyacrylic Acid Composite Superabsorbent
Abstract: This paper described the superabsorbent and the research of organic-inorganic composite superabsorbent at first. And introduced the attapulgite clay, the HA-K nature and the application prospect.
In view of the actual situation, this article proposed that the humic acid potassium, the attapulgite clay and the acrylic acid carries on the polymerization. The superabsorbent was prepared f rom the complexes of HA-K/ attapulgite clay/ polyacrylic acid, with ammonium persulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite as initiator, N,N′-methylene-bis-acylamide as crosslinking agent, by means of water solution copolymerization. To low-cost, low power consumption and simple equipment for the purpose of the process linefor synthesis of a multi-functional, practical and strong organic-inorganic composite superabsorbent. And determine the performance of the superabsorbent, through experimental results show that the impact of various factors in superabsorbent. In the parts of the experiment, we use in the acrylic acid and as a monomer, attapulgite clay as mineral filler and HA-K as an organic filler polymerize HA-K/ attapulgite clay/ polyacrylic acid composite superabsorbent. To study cross-linker, attapulgite clay, the HA-K and other factors affecting. The experiment in order to describe the HA-K/ attapulgite clay/ polyacrylic acid composite superabsorbent of various factors on the properties of polymers.
