As photocatalytic degradation equipment is regarded as the main body, photocatalytic rate, matercals, structure, shape of the reaction vessel and so on are decided by its function. Furthermore, there factions determine the development of TiO2 catalyst and the use of light. Meanwhile, influence on the efficient of vessels.
In this paper, it is studied the resent function of photocatalytic reaction vessels and is aiming to design the one with the function of light-reflection, heating and inside-outside cycling. at the same time, this paper introduces detailedly the design and manufacture of multi-reflection photocatalytic water-treatment equipment and degrading 8-anilina-α-naphthalene-sulfonic acid with this equipment to teas its function. By the means of this testing, we can get that when the degrading efficiency is up to 60 percent, using the original equipment, the degrading times is 6 hours. But it using the multi-reflection photocatalytic water-treatment equipment, the degrading time is reduced to 24 minutes.
