Abstract:This paper is based on toluene diisocyanate (TDI),polyether diol (E-210), cat catalyst for the reaction of raw materials,first of a polyurethane polymer,and through the 2,2 -- hydroxy-methyl-propionic acid (DMPA) and polyethylene glycol (BEG) chain extender of the chain extender, crosslinking agent (G-18 and PNP) crosslinking modification and the modification of G-23,using different experimental programme in a list of system Water-based polyurethane emulsion. By measuring latex emulsion film and after the performance,the characterization of different factors on the emulsion performance and film properties of the solvent resistance. The study found that: After the silicone modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion stability is better than the self-waterborne polyurethane,but had modified the waterborne polyurethane membrane of the water and solvent resistance performance was better Since the cross-linking of water-based polyurethane.
