Study on the Extraction and Carboxymethylation of Pachymaran
Abstract: With the assistance of ultrasound, extract polysaccharide from poria cocos wolf and study on the effect of extracting pachymaran from the concentration of lye、extractive time and the proportion of material etc. The carboxymethyl pachymaran was prepared using twice alkalization method, by titration and infrared spectroscopy to the characterization of its structure and it can be proved that carboxymethylation to polysaccharide can redound to its binding capacity to bile acid.
