本论文实现了与客户相关的各种信息的信息化管理,通过客户本案管理,客户黑名单管理,客户资料管理和地区设置四个基本模块实现了对客户各种信息进行增加,删除,查询和更改等操作,基本可以实现对客户的信息管理。而这些功能基本可以满足一般中小企业对客户管理的需求,使企业节省人力,减轻劳动强度;降低成本,节省开支;提高了管理水平,增强了企业在同行业中的竞争力;同时提高了客户信息处理的及时性和准确性。
该系统采用的是visual studio 2005开发平台,运用ASP.NET语言,以及ACCESS数据库进行开发的。该系统的运用将为企业赢得更多的客户,并保留着更好的客户,让客户对企业保持着高信任度。为企业创造更大的价值,以及持续的市场竞争能力。

ABSTRACT
In this project, information management system on a variety of customer–related information is relized. With the four basic modules, customer management for cases, black lists, information and regional setting, we has achieved some kinds of operations on the customer information, such as add, deleted, query and change. These basic operations can achieve the management of customer’s information. These function could satisfly the needs of small or medium sized enterprise. Which could reduce the labor intensity and costs. As a result it can save money for company. It also could improve the management level and strengthened the enterprise’s competitive power, in the same time, it could improve the customer information processing timeliness and accuracy.
The system use the development platform of visual studio 2005, ASP.NET language and the access database,and the application of the system will win more corporate customers, and retain better customers of the enterprise, also it could make cutsomers to be in a high degree of trust to the company. So it could create the continued competitiveness in the market and make a greater value for the enterprise.
