【摘要】汽车电动助力转向(EPS)系统是近些年来出现的新型动力转向系统。与传统的动力转向(PS)相比较,汽车电动助力转向系统(EPS)结构简单、成本低、灵活性好、能充分的满足汽车转向性能的要求,在转向操作的舒适性、安全性和节能、环保等方面显示出显著的优越性。
电动助力转向(EPS)系统主要由扭矩传感器、车速传感器、电了控单元、无刷直流电动机、电磁离合器和减速机构等部分组成。在相应的软件及控制算法的协助下,共同实现转向助力的功能。
本文简要介绍了汽车转向系统,在明晰了EPS的组成和工作原理后,选择了转向柱助力式电动助力转向系为研究方向,对与电机相连的减速机构进行设计,并完成基于SolidWorks软件的实体造型设计。

Automotive Electric Power Steering (EPS)system entity modeling design Based on SolidWorks
[Abstract] Electric Power Steering system(EPS)is a new power steering system,which emerged in recent years,uses an electric motor to provide assistance.From EPS emerged,the automotive industry attaches more and more importance to it.Comparing with traditional steering system the EPS of the automobiles is simple in structure,more flexible,and can fully meet the requirements of steering performances.EPS also has prominent advantages in the comfortableness and security of steering,energy saving,and environmental protection.
EPS system mainly combines the torque sensor,velocity sensor,electric control unit,electromagnetic clutch and gear down machine etc.In order to make the EPS run,we design the software fitting for the EPS’s hardware,and the control arithmetic.
The paper briefly introduces the automobile steering system.As EPS’s composition and working principle is clear,I have chosen column drive electric power steering system to be my researching direction.During the whole design course,the transmission connected with the motor and entity modeling design based on SolidWorks have completed.
