Abstract
This design is mainly formed by the two greatest parts: the poring machine hydraulic system design and the microcomputer control system design. The first chapter tells us the design of the hydraulic pump station. For satisfying the poring tool to the work request of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic system adopts the double pumps which provide the oil and many urns action with each other that not interfere the back track. The system chooses hydraulic components, tube pieces, standard tight firmware, the electric motor, oil tank and so on under the comprehensive consideration. Meanwhile designing this hydraulic pump station , the system considers the reasonable arrange on the structure for easily stalling and supporting. When drawing the hydraulic pump station assembling diagram . I apply the software of CAD to carry on the operation. The operation is convenient and fast.
The system uses the microcomputer control, this control system physical volume is small, the structure is reasonable and the work is credible. This design chooses to be the main electric circuit chip with the AT89C51, completing the hardware circuit and the establishment of the software. The article introduces the reset the electric circuit, the power electric circuit, the electromagnetism valve to drive the electric circuit, the show electric circuit and so on. The electromagnetism valve drive electric circuit utilizes the technique of insulation light. Furthermore, the circuit makes use of Da Lin Dun pipe to carry on the electromagnetism valve power's enlarge. The system adopts the module design while drawing up the software. It includes the main module and the son module.
