摘要：粉碎机械是应用机械力对固体物料进行粉碎作业,使之变为小块、细粒或粉末的机械。其应用非常广泛，具有结构简单，破碎比大，生产效率高等特点。本次设计在给定的原始参数据的基础上对锤片破碎机进行了整体设计和传动方案的论证分析。随后进行了转子部件、V带轮及支承轴承等的设计计算，同时对配套的标准零部件进行计算和选用。本次设计的机械具有结构简单，性能良好，维护方便等特点。

Abstract: Smash the machinery is the mechanical application of solid materials to smash the operation to make it into a small pieces or powder of fine machinery. its application is very extensive, with a simple structure, large crushing ratio, high production efficiency. The design based on the given parameter of the original, the crusher hammer to drive the overall design and analysis of program eva luation. Subsequent parts of the rotor, V-type belt wheel and bearing design and calculation, etc. At the same time, supporting the calculation of standard and optional components. The mechanical design is simple in structure, good performance, easy maintenance.
