With the development of science and technology , some developed countries in the world has developed more shaft hoister at present, The hoister operation speed already reaches 20-25 meters per second , one lifting amounts reaches 50 ton , and the electric motor capacities have already reaches 10,000 kilowatts, so the safe reliability is especially important ,It may be effects the production if the equipment has something unusual ,Therefore, we have brought forward a higher request to hoister machinery design. The efficacy raising, the large-scale hoist engine, increases its intensity , reliability and life time, These are all have contact with new design. In the process of designing , we mainly thought from the mine safety in every part selections,and we also to ensure the output and efficiency at the same time.
The designing mainly put particular emphasis on silo hoisting system , includes:(1)to choose the lifting hold;
(2)to choose the hoist steel wire rope;
(3)to choose the hoister;
(4)to scheme the relatives of the hoister;
(5)to scheme the dynamics of the hoister;
(6)to scheme the electromotor.
