内容摘要

 本文主要是将传统的CA6140车床的电气控制系统改造成为数字控制的开环控制系统。改造后的系统是以MCS-51单片机系统为控制模块，以步进电机为驱动执行元件。实现X轴和Z轴的两坐标联动以及对刀具的自动选取。同时能够进行直线和圆弧的插补；工件在一次安装后，完成多道工序的加工，通过编写不同的程序完成各种较为复杂零件的加工；改造后的CA6140车床提高了加工范围和加工精度。

Abstract

 This paper mainly is that the traditional CA6140 lathe electricity control system is Reformed the numerical control the open-loop control system. After the reform system is take the MCS-51 monolithic integrated circuit system as the control module, Take step-by-steps the electrical machinery as the actuation functional element. Realizes X axis and the Z axis two coordinates linkage as well as to the cutting tool automatic selection. At the same time can carry on the straight line and the circular arc inserts makes up; After installs the work piece Completes the multichannel working procedure the processing Completes each kind of more complex components through the compilation different procedure the processing; Enhanced the processing scope and the processing precision compared to the traditional CA6140 lathe.
