Our country is not only a great mining nation, but also a great nation of making and using mine electromechanical devices. However, the elevator of the is the throat of mine industry equipment, which is kept being unceasing renewed , and has the tendency of a larger scale, higher efficiency , the development of automation . In this new conditions, some of the early installed the BM and the KJ lifting devices could not satisfy the needs of the mine extending. Therefore, it is an effective way to design the console-model friction lifting device ,which can increase the lifting height well. In this article ,design conditions are changed from shallow minds(about 200 meters) to deep minds(600 meters and above) to design, and we do the checking computations to a series of kinematics, dynamics and the economic indicators in order to meet the needs of modern promotion.
The sky sprocket is the important part of the console-model friction lifting machine, in the design of it , performing the finite element analysis to it to enhance the static performance and optimized the design of the sky sprocket structural, this method has the important meaning. Applying the finite element technique to analyze the structure of it, put forward better opinions to satisfy the sky sprocket 's requests in stiffness and strength, become the main part in the sky sprocket designing and the modern engineering . It has been proved that using FEA in the sky sprocket analysis is efficient, the static analysis can be proceeded.
In the thesis, the author take the sky sprocket as an example, on the basis of two-dimensional project drawings, firstly established a geometry model of the full scale sprocket model, By using solid element, the finite element model for strength analysis was set up and simplified. The FEA model also involves treatments of boundary conditions, simplified ,treatment of the sky sprocket and deals with the fixed weight and loading that is put on the structure. The calculation of strength of the sky sprocket 's structure is expatiated.
The calculating results prove that the finite element model established in the text is rational, the analysis is correct, and the results could directly help to eva luate and improve the design of the sky sprocket.
