遥控器面板注塑模具设计 Abstract The technique level of molding tool which has became an important marking to measure the level of a national product. Some higher demands such as high quality, high precision, short time of R&D and so on were put forward since the rapid development of plasticin dustry, whether they can adapt to these requirements has becoming an important factor for the development of molding producer. The mold technology is a comprehensive discipline that combines mechanical engineering, computer application, automatic control, numerical control technology and so on. As the competition in the appliance market growing, the appliance shell color, feeling and accuracy became an important part of the design and made new demands. This paper focus on the actual conduct and try to design remote control cover injection mold. This design is the injection model of the remote control cover, use Pro / E software for the solid modeling plastic parts and analysis the structure of the process . Firstly, the structure of the remote control was analyzed to get a clear understanding of plastic parts.Then select the injection machine model by the initial production batch. Thirdly, analyze the various options, select the program. The calculation and checking of the gating system and forming working parts determine the mold , put forward the core mechanism calculation and checking and confirm the calculation and channel layout of the cooling system .Finally, design the orientation and structure of the exhaust system . Furthermore,we use the principle of the injection mold design to calculate and verify the various parts in details, so that the designed structure can operate reliablly .At last,draw the assembly and part picture for the whole set of the mold.Base on it, I write this paper. Thanks to the designing of this remote control mold , I review the knowledge of the injection molding and mold design and put the theory into practice.It also make me understand the knowledge of the injection mold design more,which can help me to use the book knowledge to design a mold matched the basic production requirement. In the paper, I make full use of the knowledge acquired during university to researching ,and achieve the desired intent.
