Abstract
With the rapid development of modern manufacturing, the user have a higher demand for quality control.sorting system based on machine vision can check the size of the part and is propitious for improving product quality, improve testing efficiency and saving manpower. For precision parts machining,sometimes workers,because of fatigue or inattention ,missed some steps, in order to reduce the losses ,so the design of such a system becomes very important.because the bearing is a very important mechanical body part and is Used to maintain the center axis and to control its movement, so the quality of the bearing decide the whole body quality. because of it,I designed the bearing sorting system. The system components uses a vibration transmission plate. the bearing is transmitted through Centrifuge and vibration. I add other structure to lead the bearing into the export pipeline. In the detection and separation equipment, I use a specially designed turntable to locate bearings. with the wheel's rotation, the comparison device check the bearing on the wheel, the unqualified bearing is removed.if the bearings are qualified, the wheel rotate 90 degrees and the bearings will fall into the qualified box.sorting system based on machine vision can be done to test parts quickly and effectively.
