The design of the whole cabin and ventilation system in Automotive environmental test chamber
Abstract
In recent years, with the sustainable and fast development of Chinese economy, expressway, as the most important portion of the highway networks, had been developed at an astonishing fast speed, however which brought on increasingly severe ecological environmental problems in the mean time. The rapid increase in the number of cars brought great pressure to the road, while the safety performance of vehicles pose serious challenges, people in the pursuit of comfort, while the safety car made on the more stringent requirements. For this reason, when the car manufacturers develop its automotive products to rigorous testing, and many experiments must be completed in the laboratory, so a lot of experiments must be completed in the laboratory, which made the car environment, the corresponding requirements.
The automotive environmental test chamber is made up of the envelope, air-conditioning system, air system, lighting system, control system components.It can provide high-temperature test, low temperature starting and vehicle air conditioning performance test for vehicle parts and light vehicles.
This paper focuses on the design of automotive environmental test chamber, the layout and selection of each system.The test chamber is applicable to the total mass of not more than 3500kg of the M1 class, class M2, N1 type ignition engines. the test chanmber can provide -35 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ simulated conditions of the environment, and to meet the engine displacement 3.0L and 60km/h.It can do tests such as defrosting defogging test, acceleration test, the maximum test speed, glide test, the minimum steady speed test, simulation of climbing test, low temperature flexibility test drive, heating tests.
