Abstract
The present paper proposes the design of friction plate-automatic grinding machine. It is a special purpose machine, main processing work piece for small，medium, heavy automobile friction plate lining negative camber abrasive machining equipment. The engine bed belongs to grinder one kind. It can grinding the same thickness of the friction plate. It uses the notch wheel continuous feed,that the grinding efficiency to be high, the negative camber grinding equipment diamond special-purpose cutter head, and the texture are even, the size is stable. This engine bed mainly by the friction head belt, the grinding wheel actuates the electrical machinery, the box of friction plate, the guide rail, the clamp spring organization, and the transmission chain，delivers the piece fingernail, dust bodies of several parts, friction plate is delivered to a conveyor belt within the processing machine, an adjustable speed conveyor.
