The Design of Mechanical device for water surface cleaning
Abstract
This paper is mainly on the surface cleaning machinery subjects of detailed design, calculation, checking, modelling On the analysis of the mechanical device to realize clean surface of the functional requirements also understand the same surface cleaning mechanical device's working principle, basic structure, system composition and function, The surface cleaning machinery system structure and function, the design method of components and system implementation. Surface cleaning machinery is a problem to solve the floating-debris is a new kind of mechanical equipment, it has great adventure far, capacity, fast, convenient and practical salvage maintenance, low cost, high automation degree, the operation is simple, safe, reliable and low cost etc, it can be used in large lakes, reservoirs, etc, also can be in the park waters, as some small campus according to different places, water can be made of different products. According to the investigation and analysis, urban and scenic rivers, lakes, surface waters are mainly rotten vegetables, garbage, plastic bags, flexible packaging, drink boxes, plastic foam. Therefore, we designed is the use of drive shaft pulley to do with the cyclical movement, but with six uniform rectangular net bag attached to the belt, so that with movement, led net bag rotation, salvage action to achieve greatly enhanced efficiency. In addition, in order to ship with the case without power capacity to collect, clean the surface using rudder to control the machine, use the Reversible motor through worm and worm drive, so that a certain rudder angle into the swing around so that the water floating debris clean-up machinery to achieve steering functions.
