摘  要
 圆筒干燥机是复合肥生产线上必不可少的重要机械，主要用于颗粒物料的干燥。随着我国经济的发展，对于化工行业中的产品需求量也逐年增加，特别在农业上机械化自动化的广泛使用，使化工产业中复合肥的用量大大增加。所以近期也出现了许多大大小小的化工厂，对于圆筒干燥机的要求也进一步提高。对于不同的生产能力，干燥机的大小型号以及功率等也有不同的要求。为了既能满足化工厂家的生产需要，同时又能节约能源，不造成浪费，这个项目的研究与设计则显得具有很大的意义。通过对圆筒干燥机筒体装置和传动装置的设计，达到改进整体生产能力的效果，并开发新的规格的该类机械。同时对该产品的主要创新点作了阐述。

The Practical Design for key components of the Rotary dryer

Abstract
 Rotary dryer is an important essential machinery of compound fertilizer production line, mainly for drying granular materials. As China's economic development, for the chemical industry in product demand has increased year by year, especially in agriculture mechanization and automation of widely used to chemical industry increased the amount of compound fertilizer. Recently there have been many large and small chemical plants, for the requirements of rotary dryer as well. For different production capacity, the size of dryer models, and also have different power requirements. In order to both meet the production needs of chemical manufacturers, while saving energy, not to cause waste, the project research and design seems to have great significance. Rotary dryer by cylinder devices and the design of gear, to improve the effectiveness of the overall production capacity and develop new specifications for such machinery. At the same time, described at the main innovation of the product.
