Abstract
The hydraulic ram's demand of engineering machinery profession is getting much wider, and the quality requirement is getting more and more stricter. In order to reduce the debugging work load after may complete machine assembly, it is necessary to take the examination on the hydraulic ram which selects before the complete machine assembly.
The experiment examines before hydraulic cylinder leaving the plant is one of the important experimental for hydraulic cylinder performance index. The accurate to its laboratory measures data is have a direct impact on the Performance of the hydraulic cylinder. Formerly the hydraulic cylinder test platform which used in produces being often bad for precision , the automaticity just to be low. It has affected the production efficiency enhancement greatly and cannot satisfy the need of its production. According to this, as well as the overall consideration to the quality, the efficiency and the security usability, we choice the plan named the simple cylinder suppression test platform, which makes every effort to design a system for simple structure, reliable operation, low cost, high efficiency, simplicity of operator, and service convenient.
The article has given detailed to showing the plan through its structural design, the theoretical computation design, the intensity examination, the principle of operation and the performance analysis. It mainly studies the way of the machinery suppression for cylinder test platform, the structure and the stability. on the other hand , doing the research for perfect optimized simple design route part and the parameter of hydraulic system, and complete the study of the experiment process.
