Abstract
In the industrial production of many industries, need to be precise tensionc ontrol to maintain constant tension in order to improve the quality of products.These industries include printing. As the higher printing speed and tension control of production process on a higher demand, the traditional tension control system has emerged in the course of a number of issues, such as the magnetic powder brake tension control to carry out roll exchange, limited facilities speed, but also a waste of energy, and life itself as the reasons for powder, resulting in relatively high failure rate. Therefore, the traditional tension control in rolling and rewinding equipment often need maintenance, maintenance time is also very troublesome and high maintenance costs, enterprises will be a lot of inconvenience, especially after the press does not allow half-way booting parking equipment, such as tension control fault accident happened stop, will cause a lot of waste. But the touch screen and inverter technology mature for us to provide a good way.
As above, this design was proposed based on touch-screen technology, the program tension control system. The use of touch screen, PLC, inverter system, the three realize the tension control, and complete the inverter's settings, screen design and touch screen PLC system programming and debugging the communication between the various components work. Ultimately to achieve touch screen control system start and stop printing tension, speed and other control. The use of man-machine interface, real-time monitoring of the whole system, greatly reduce the occurrence of the accident rate, while increasing the control accuracy and quality of the product.
Touch screen technology based on tension control system of printing, reliable, mechanical wear small, high control precision, and is right now the needs of enterprises, is the future direction of development.
