摘要：私人银行业务是近两年在我国兴起的一项高利润,针对拥有高额净资产的客户提供的综合性全方位的服务。本文在结合国外私人银行发展经验和对我国私人银行业务发展中出现的问题和机遇的分析基础上，对我国私人银行业务发展路径惊醒初探。第一部分对私人银行业务作总体的介绍，从三个方面入手：私人银行业务概念、特点和业务流程；第二部分对私人银行的起源和发展做介绍，分别从国外的发展和国内的发展做介绍；第三部分对私人银行业务在我国发展进行SWOT分析，并总结出我国私人银行发展中出现的问题；第四部分在第二和三部分的基础上探讨私人银行业务在我国的发展路径。

Analysis on How to Develop Private Banking in China

 Abstract：Private banking ,which arose in our country only in recent years, is a kind of high-profitable business providing a range of all-round services aimed at clients with high net worth. This article targeted on exploring the developing methods of private banking in China on the basis of the development of private banking abroad and analysis of the problems and opportunities in development of private banking in our country. The first part, which is divided into three aspects：theoretical knowledge about private banking, its characteristics and service processes. The second part gives an introduction of the originating and development of private banking, including development abroad and at home. The third chapter uses SWOT analytical method to analyze the development of private banking in our country and concludes the problems with development in China. The fourth one explores how to develop private banking our country on the basis of the second and third part.
