摘    要

 （中心思想）网络会计是建立在网络环境基础上的会计系统，是以计算机网络为工具，对各种交易和事项进行确认、计量和披露的会计活动。相对于传统会计，网络会计具有无可比拟的优势，它会使得会计信息的提供更及时、披露更全面、资源利用更充分。但网络会计在诸如网络技术、会计数据风险管理等方面依然存在许多亟待解决的问题。本文就网络会计的内涵、特点进行了讨论，并就目前网络会计发展过程中存在的问题及其对策进行了分析。

Opinions on Some Internet Accounting
 
Abstract:Internet Accounting is an Accounting system based on the Internet environment .It is the course of affirmation ,computation and publication of business and proceeding . The Internet Accounting has unexampled advantage over the traditional Accounting .It makes the offering of the Accounting information more quick and comprehensive. In the other hand ,there are many questions with Internet Accounting such as Internet techniques and risk management of Accounting data needed for solving .In this paper ,the meaning and characters lf Internet Accounting and it’s countermeasures are analyzed.
