中国上市公司内部控制的有效性分析——以中信泰富事件为例
[摘 要]现代企业一切的管理工作，都是从建立和健全内部控制开始的。其作为企业经营管理的自我监督和自我约束机制，直接关系到企业的兴衰成败。因此，加强内部控制有效性的研究和分析，对完善内部控制制度显得格外重要。内部控制有效性是指企业建立与实施内部控制能够为控制目标的实现提供合理的保证。本文通过对中信泰富内部控制有效性问题的实证研究，提出存在的问题并找出相关的对策，希望能对以后的相关研究提供一些可以借鉴的看法。

 
Abstract
 All the modern enterprise management work, starts from the establish and perfect the internal control. It as self-monitoring and self-constraint mechanism of enterprise management, is directly related to the rise and fall success or failure of the enterprise. Therefore, strengthen the internal control the effectiveness of the research and analysis, to improve the system of internal control is particularly important. Internal control effectiveness refers to the enterprise to establish and implement internal control can provide reasonable assurance for the realization of the control objectives. Based on citic Pacific: an empirical study of effectiveness of internal control problems, put forward existing problems and find out the relevant countermeasures, hoping to related research can provide some reference for future.
