本钢矿业建筑有限公司供应链选择研究

摘要
 随着时代的进步，外部环境的变化，及其在科技和经济方面的发展，让企业所面对的压力不断增加，例如在缩短交货时间，降低成本，服务水平，质量水平等方面。要想成功的解决这些经营所面临的问题，就要从自己的核心竞争力出发，把精力放在本企业的核心竞争力上，而不应该再像以往那样，从生产到销售全部自主经营模式。选择合适的供应链合作伙伴为自己解决非核心业务，这样可以建立起一条长期稳定的战略联盟，使整个供应链利益一体化，达到供应链的整体管理。
 本文所研究的是本钢矿业建筑有限公司在选择供应链合作伙伴上的一些问题。首先，对供应链合作伙伴的相关理论进行论述研究，并提出构建供应链合作伙伴评价指标选择体系的原则。随后，进行本钢矿业建筑有限公司的介绍以及他的发展现状。接着，指出本钢矿业建筑有限公司的供应链合作伙伴出现问题进行分析。最后，为本钢矿业建筑有限公司提供优化措施。

ABSTRACT
 With the change of the external environment condition，especially the progress of the economy and science and technology, enterprises face various kinds of pressure，for example，shortening delivery time，improving product quality, lowering costs and improving serving etc．Enterprise must concentrate strength on one’s own key competitiveness，abandoning that kind of management mode that enterprise take charge of by own from design to manufacture，until sale．Then，enterprise outsides non—core business，setting up the best partnership relation，and form a kind of long—term strategic alliance with supplier and seller, building the interests community with them，carrying on supply chain manage．
 The purpose of this paper is to study the problem about how to select the supply chain partners． First, to supplies the chain partner the correlation theories to conduct the elaboration research, and proposes the construction supply chain partner appraisal target choice system principle.  Afterwards, carries on this steel mining industry building limited company the introduction as well as his development present situation. Then, pointed out this steel mining industry building limited company the supply chain partner has the problem to carry on the analysis. Finally, provides the optimized measure for this steel mining industry building limited company.
