一 、根据要求撰写以下3篇英文商业信函 
1. Write a letter to the Household Utility Co., informing them that their initial order for 10 laundry machines has been shipped. In order to acquire further orders, the letter should include the following particulars;
ask about the end-users comments on the goods supplied;
send a new catalogue of household electric appliances and tell The Household Utility Co. that all the items are exquisitely made and moderately priced;
give assurance of immediate attention to further orders;
hope to receive a positive reply.

2. Draft a letter in no less than 150 words according to the following particulars:  Messrs. Arthur Grey 7 Son write to China National Import & Export Corporation, stating that they have an order to supply a hotel with table-cloth. They request samples in handsome designs of medium and best quality linen suitable for the purpose.

3. Write a letter to your customer, acknowledging receipt of his order, but regret being unable to accept it at the prices quoted previously. Quote your current prices and ask for your customer’s opinion.

 2、论文一律采用线上提交方式，在学院规定时间内上传到教学教务平台，逾期平台关闭，将不接受补交。
 3、不接受纸质论文。
 4、如有抄袭雷同现象，将按学院规定严肃处理。
