Injection mold design of mine pillars
Abstract
The author determined the parting surfaces and the gating system and cavity layout.Release the organization, cooling system etc, choosed the injection molding machine,calculated the sizes of the molding parts. adopted to sprinkle directly in the design, make use of to keep lead the pillar direction fixed position, push the pole crest to anticipate, and carried on the choice to the material of the molding tool. The author also choosed the materials of the mold. The structure designed in such way can ensure the reliable running of the mould. Then use Proe products for the 3-D modeling,correctly grasp EMX mold module design techniques and methods, and completed the three-dimensional modeling of mold and all parts’ assembly. In this paper, the die is simple, reliable and sports exhaust good advantages, particularly applicable to the products of complex thin shapes. By utilizing modern 3D CAD design software Proe,greatly improved the visuallity and comprehensiveness of design tool.
