摘 要
本文叙述了模具设计开发的意义以及模具设计的远大前景;介绍了模具设计的步骤,对模具的一些结构作了相应的介绍。对在模具设计时,一些相关零件的设计的问题也作了一点解释;文章重点叙述了拉深模具设计时应该考虑的方面以及影响模具设计的参数,在模具设计时,要首先对选取模具的拉深系数,在拉深系数确定后,则需要计算每道模具的尺寸:只要是拉深直径以及拉深高度。这两个尺寸确定后,整副模具就已完成的差不多了,也就可以开始制作各个零件了。然后对此次参与的产品模具作了一个整体计算。最后本文作了总结以及对老师和同学、指导师傅的致谢。

The design of drawing molds
Abstract
This paper describes the significance of the development of mold design and the long-term prospects of die design; introduces mold design steps, and gives a corresponding introduction to the mold structure. The article explaines some design question of related components when the mold designs.; article focuses on the factors in the die design, and computation should be taken into account. It is necessary to select the tool drawing coefficient at first, then we may calculate the drawing diameter and the drawing altitude. After calculating, we may start to manufacture the mold. Then the article has made the related computation to a product's mold. Finally, there is a summary in this article and the thanks to the teacher, as well as students and worker in the company.
