Abstract
Die level of production technology has become the measure of a country's level of product manufacturers an important indicator, because mold is determined to a large extent the quality, effectiveness and ability to develop new products. In this paper, the classification of cold stamping technology, characteristics and gave a brief overview of the direction of development, motor stamping discussed the formation of film theory, the basic mold structure and its design principles, the advantages and disadvantages of flip-mold, and flip-composite blanking die to carry out the design. In this paper, the third, four chapters detail the main body of the flip-die choice analysis process.
