ABSTRACT
Flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) is the factory of a major development trend,is the emergent industry application new pattern and the new direction,also is one of the rapidly developing technologies in present manufacturing. In this paper, based on the software MSM2103 establish of a virtual workshop, through practice and make the simulation and simulation technology will be applied to FMS control system. The project using software provided by the MSM2103 virtual module automated manufacturing systems design workshop. Workshop designed to involve the automation of much, such as: PLC control technology, field bus technology, ASI bus technology, robot technology etc. Goal is that all aspects of the knowledge to achieve automated production line automatic transmission, automatic tool change, automatic processing and trouble-free operating system. Simulation debugging verify the feasibility of the system through the various components of the functions and processes of analysis, and the overall control system to control the entire system of control.
