宝来1.6L轿车变速器结构和参数设计
摘要:中国现在已经是世界上第一大汽车市场,汽车变得越来越普遍,但是事实上中国远远不是一个汽车强国。对于中国来说,在重要汽车零部件技术方面依然相对落后,比如发动机、变速器等。本课题选取新宝来1.6L轿车展开变速器结构和参数的研究设计工作。本文阐述了变速器的发展历史、分类以及发展趋势。分析了新宝来1.6L轿车现有变速器存在的一些缺陷,并提出了优化方法。着重考虑到中国的现实状况重新设计了一款变速器。主要对于变速器的结构和参数进行了设计,讨论了结构设计和参数选取的原则,比如倒档的安排、齿轮档位的安排、各档传动比确定等等,经过校核最终确定了变速器的结构和各项参数。

Structure and parameter of new 1.6L Bora sedan ’s transmission
Abstracts:China has become the first car-market in the world.Cars are more and more universal,but in fact China is not strong enough. In China,technology in the important auto parts are still lagging behind,such as engines,transmissions and so on. The paper selects New Bora 1.6L vehicle to start a research and design work in transmissions’structure and parameter. This paper explains transmissions’ history,category,and trend in the future,anlyzes the Bora 1.6L car’s existing defects in the transmission,and proposes optimization methods. The paper designes a transmission,focusing on taking into account on the reality of China.It mainly designs the transmission’s structure and parameters,and discusses principles of the selection in structure and parameters,such as reverse arrangement,the gear arrangement,the stall speed ratio and so on,and after the final check determines transmission’s the structure and parameters.
