摘要:注射成型法是塑料制品生产中应用广泛、发展较快的方法,利用注射成型的方法生产塑料制品的关键问题是成型工艺条件的选择与模具结构的设计。因此,研究注射模具及成型工艺对了解塑料制品的生产过程和提高制品质量具有重要的意义。本课题研究台灯罩注射模具的设计及其成型,主要的研究内容包括拟定塑件的成型工艺,正确选用成型设备,合理设计模具结构,绘制模具装配图及工作零件图,运用Pro/ENGINEER和Moldflow辅助模具设计。通过本课题的设计实践,有助于树立正确的设计思想,逐步增强创新意识和竞争意识,基本掌握塑料模具设计的一般规律,培养分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Injection Mold Design of Lamp-Shade And Its Forming

Abstract: Injection molding is widely used for plastic production and achieves significant development. The key point is the appropriate choice of molding conditions and the proper design of die structure, which takes advantage of injection molding in plastic production. Therefore, studying injection mold and molding process is of great importance in the recognition of plastic production and improving product quality. The research involves in injection mold design of lamp-shade and its forming. Its mainly includes the proper selection of molding process and forming equipment, the rational design of die structure, the fabrication of assembling drawing and part drawing. In addition, this subject also comprises using Pro/ENGINEER and Moldflow to assist die design. Particularly, this practice contributes to establishing the right thought of designation, enhancing the awareness of innovation and competition, grasping the general rule of plastic mold design and cultivating the ability of analyzing problem and solving problem.
