The Design and Production of Three Motor Cars and Energy-saving Running Gear System

Abstract: With the continuous development of the living standards of people,energy conservation and environmental protection has been gradually got more and more people's attention.The sharp decline of the world's oil reserves amount and the continue rising of crude oil prices indicates that energy saving is the necessary trends of the present vehicle development. Papers design and develop an running gear system of Econopower Car on the First Honda 2007 China Econopower.It includes the design of the frame and the wheel. The major guiding ideology which based on satisfaction of competition requirement is reduce the whole vehicle equipment quality and resistance through choosing the right road system structure and material during the entire design process.It select reasonable scheme and match parameters on the whole Econopower Car systems.Whole design and three-dimensional digitalization model to designe running gear system by using Pro-E and AutoCAD design software.Finite element static analysis, the modal analysis and response to analyze the tuner of designed frame has made by using ANSYS software. Make sure the reasonableness and chassis materials of the frame structure. The method and process of FEM analysis of the frame of energy saving race car in this paper suit all kinds of frame’s design and analysis.
