摘要:箱体的设计是整个拖拉机全自动无级变速箱设计中非常重要的部分。论文以变速箱的总体传动方案为基础,进行了箱体的结构设计,在Pro/E上完成了箱体的三维建模。使用有限元分析软件对箱体进行了强度分析,并且在分析的基础上进行了结构优化。完成了主要零件的装配并导出二维工程图。

The case design of full automatic continuously variable transmission

Abstract:The case design is a very important part of the design of full automatic continuously variable transmission. Based on the overall transmission scheme, this paper made a physical design of the case, and established the 3D modeling of the case on Pro/E. The case was made a strength analysis by using finite element analysis software. The assembly of main components was finished and the two-dimensional drawings were exported.
