Abstract
Dry beer beer beer is also known as low calorific value, or low-sugar beer is called, is not sweet, clean, without leaving any aftertaste in the mouth of beer, in fact, is a high degree of fermentation of beer, refreshing beer taste new varieties.
The graduation project is to produce 62,000 tons of 10 degrees dry beer beer plant process design, in the introduction section describes the basic knowledge of fermentation and beer. The article also gave an overview of the basics of equipment selection. In this design workshop mainly focused on degree of fermentation material balance, capacity accounting, accounting and the consumption of cold water volume accounting. To give readers a basic knowledge of beer, the production of basic principles, production methods, production processes have a basic understanding. In this design, each with a malt 7.6065 × 106kg, rice 2.536 × 106kg, hot wort 69.9 × 106L, cooled wort is 64.64 × 106L, hops 0.14 × 106kg, broth 63.6 × 106L, D is 4 meters in diameter and 100 m3 of mechanical ventilation stirred fermentor 22, the diameter D for the total volume of 0.7m pot glycosylation 43.7 m3, used six turbine agitator leaf diameter D to 1.3m. In addition, this design presents several new wastewater treatment: (1) CASS method (2) UASB-SBR process (3)UASB-biological contact oxidation process. This was the design innovations.
