The research for salary system of Huanshan feed company
Abstract: The salary management is the central content of human resources management, it’s not only the carrier has traditional enterprise production cost disbursement function in the modern business management, but also the management factor with enterprise human resources development strategy connect closely. It only has the health care function in greater degree of the salary total, namely how much salary will only be deciding staffs’ remove or retain, but the scientific salary structure only has the drive function, namely staff's salary structure decides staff's level of effort.
At present, Huanshan feed company is occupying the stage of new salary system preliminary implementation, the company had many problems before the new salary system implementation, This article has pointed out the company’s concrete question after the analytical study to the old salary system, afterward analysised the reasons of producing this questions. Then according to company’s actual state, has formulated new salary system which has more advantageous to the company’s healthy development. The new salary system is take the enterprise strategy as a starting point, make use of drive characteristic to guide, mold the staffs’ behavior, in certain salary budget scope, achieves the attraction, the drive and the retention enterprise essential talented persons.
