ABSTRACT
The competitive advantage is crucial to the enterprise because of the intensifying competition among the modern enterprise. An important means to enhance the competitive advantage is to improve the staff performance. Psychological contract is significant to staff achievements and staff behavior. The foreign scholars began their research on the psychological and staff achievements in 1960s, with new theories advancing and systems perfecting from then on. While under China cultural context, the domestic scholars did not have the deep research between the psychological contract and the staff achievements' relations.
The author of this thesis makes an analysis on the influence of psychology contract of the Cangnan rural credit cooperative bank's comprehensive teller to its achievements, and through the literature review, this thesis develops a meter that suits the bank actual psychology contract and the achievements. It obtains 118 effective questionnaire by a sample the investigation in cooperative's comprehensive teller, and carries on the analysis processing to the data.
The result proved that the psychological contract is not only related to the staff achievements, but also different with staffs¡¯ individual difference. According to grinds the conclusion, this research also makes related proposal to cooperative comprehension for reference.
