Abstract:With the development of aging of population, elderly patients with memory impairment more than ever before. Senile memory disorders has become a serious social problem which harm to human health.On the other hand, with social development and technological advances,functional foods have gradually begun to improve people's lives.Many ingredients of food, such as lecithin (acetylcholine contained) in soybean, vitamins in legume and cereal, γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) which are plenty in rice germ are all capable of retaining and improving memory. This paper is the premise in the hope of improving the old developed a secondary memory of food.We choose brown rice, walnuts and egg yolks these three from all natural ingredients .By single factor and orthogonal,we can get the best composite formula for consumption(Brown: Walnut: Egg yolk = 15:6:2). Also on the pure functional factor composite products have some research to do.
