Abstract:To optimize the preparation process of glucosamine hydrochloride. The best hydrolytic conditions of glucosamine hydrochloridewas chosen by orthogonal experimental design. The optimization conditionswere HCl 1%,90℃, and 2h. NaOH 5%,90℃, and 2h, HCl 30%,50℃,1h. 70℃,1h. 80℃,2h.The better yield and high purity were obtained under the conditions. The way of elevating temperature can improve the production rate of GAH effectively.Through the way of elevating temperture,coking is reduced and the production rate of GAH is increased.Its infrared spectrum shows that the characteristic absorption peaks occured at 3300 cm-1,2950 cm-1,1600 cm-1,1060 cm-1, 910 cm-1, 1530 cm-1,1580 cm-1,1610 cm-1,1030 cm-1,1060 cm-1,760 cm-1,850 cm-1,882 cm-1.
