Agrocybe cylindracea fermentation conditions of optimization
Abstract:This research mainly for Agrocybe cylindracea fermentation medium and fermentation conditions optimization, exopolysaccharide extraction and the optimal fermentation conditions.
This study researchs different carbon sources, nitrogen sources, inorganic salt concentration influences the dry weight of mycelium Agrocybe and Exopolysaccharide Yield by using shake flask fermentation. and orthogonal test was exerted to study Agrocybe cylindracea’s fermentation of optimal condition.And fermentation of optimal condition is: corn meal 2%,dusty yeast 0.3%, KH2PO4 0.2%, MgSO4 0.05%.While when the carbon source, nitrogen concentration increased further, the dry weight of mycelia and exopolysaccharide production both decrease, indicating that high concentrations of carbon and nitrogen sources on the Agrocybe inhibit fermentation. In addition,we can see that Agrocybe Exopolysaccharide production and mycelial growth into a positive relationship.
At the same time,we have a test of liquid medium volume about 300mL shake flask。We find that the volume of liquid 80mL it have maximum dry weight of mycelium and production of exopolysaccharide.
