The handicraft studies of the zymotechnics producing of X7
Abstract: X7 is a kind keto form carotenoid which has strong inoxidability. It has the extremely broad application in the medicine, food, and cosmetics. At present, there are two main methods to produce X7: algal culture and yeast fermentation.
The A yeast is the most potential biological origin in the X7 production. According to the craft principle of A yeast fermentation, the experiment has carried out a pilot study. And the study reffers to the condition in A yeast culture and mainly in A yeast fermentation. The results indicated that, all of the following has an effect on X7 production. They are: the culture medium of culture and fermentation, initial pH, filling level, as well as raise time and temperature.
From this, the experiment has been carried on to optimize the condition in A yeast culture and fermentation. It concludes the culture medium of culture and fermentation, the vaccination quantity, raise time, raise quantity, initial pH and so on. Then it obtains the best culture condition. By fermenting for 24 h and 28 h under this condition, the yeast obtains a several times bigger yield of X7, which is compared to before the optimization. So the goal of the optimization of process conditions, and the enhance of the yield is achieved.
