Detection Method of Melamine and Cyanuric acid in the protein products
Abstract: Established a high-performance liquid chromatography detection of dairy products of melamine and cyanuric acid method. Samples were extracted by blending with 10% TCA and acetonitrile. The extract was purified by precipitating protein. Filtrated 0.45m membrane. The HPLC conditions of melamine: ZORBAX SB-Aq(250mm×4.6mm, 5m), phosphoric acid-triethylamine as mobile phase and UV detection at 240nm. The average recoveries were 101.7∼124.0% and RSD was 3.5∼3.9%.The HPLC conditions of Cyanuric acid: ZORBAX SB-Aq(250mm×4.6mm, 5m), phosphoric acid-triethylamine as mobile phase and UV detection at 225nm. HPLC method which was using in the determination of protein products of melamine and cyanuric acid ,it had advantage like high efficiency, rapid, accurate and so on. It is suitable for detection of enterprises and departments.
