Study on Inverse Emulsion Polymerization of Polyacrylate thickener
Abstract: This text regards developing and is suitable for the thickener that the reactive dye print stamp as the goal, having introduced with acrylic acid , AM , No. 200 gasoline , N, N- pair of propylene acyl amine of methyl crafts preparing the thickener for raw materials .
Thickener for pigment printing was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization with water-based monomers dispersing in non·polar organic solvent aided with agitation and emulsifier to form W/O(water-in-oil)emulsion.
It is found that the electrolyte sexual tolerance of the thickener is bad without adding the macromer unto the thickener. The electrolyte sexual tolerance of the thickener can be improved apparently by the introduction of macromer synthesized by maleic anhydride and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene.
