Preliminary Study on Hydrolysis hairtail Protein by Immobilized Enzyme
Abstract:Because world protein lacking, causes the people to face a austere problem. The amounts of Fish resource are very big , which can be made good use of, come to supplement other the protein deficiency. The fish protein has adequate nutrition which is like muscle component of human body. As a result, people are interested in developing the fish protein. This article studied Alginate as Vector (embedding) the concentration of enzyme, the concentration of Alginate ,the time of Hydrolysis and the temperature to influence the result of Hydrolysis. The Optimum conditions of Hydrolysis hairtail Protein is as Following: the concentration of enzyme is1.5%,the concentration of Alginate is 5.0%,the time of Hydrolysis is 5h,temperature is 50 oC。
