Study on Risk and Strategy of Long Distance Natural Gas Pipeline Construction
Abstract
In recent decades, natural gas as a clean and efficient energy, it makes an important contribution to the national economy ,and the demand growth significantly more than coal and oil.In China, natural gas, natural gas pipeline is the main mode of transport by land transport,as the pipeline prone to accidents, often accompanied by an explosion and fire,Accident risk and consequences of the seriousness of the relatively large masses of the people and the environment a significant impact.
As long distance gas pipeline system complexity risk, a detailed analysis of the various long distance gas pipeline elements and each part of the project risk analysis.The project risks are mainly corrosion, earthquake fault zone, floods, mine subsidence, landslides, water gullies, corrosion, corrosion potential and the potential buried, gas explosions and combustion, third-party damage to pipeline pressure testing, construction defects.Of the Natural Gas Pipeline, "natural gas" sub-regional case study projects, and noted that each section of the main risks.
Against the risk of long distance gas pipeline project,this advanced under the current research status of risk management,proposed use of pipeline integrity management system, contract works insurance risk transfer and the corresponding strategy,the goal of risk management strategies is to degrade risk to a tolerable level through the use of science-based risk management strategies such as avoidance, control and reduction, retention and transfer.
