[Abstract]: This article introduced specifically this graduation project (some medical school tests building reinforced concrete frame design) the basic situation, understood with its related design standard and the request, has carried on the simple elaboration to the entire design's mentality and the basic step, and has compiled this design primary mission and the duty progress arrangement initially.The location of this engineering is WenZhou, Zhejiang Province. The construction form is reinforced concrete frame, the construction structural design service life is 50 years, the seismic fortification intensity is lower than six degree. The building counts Six layers. The interior elevation is±0.000,and it is 450mm higher than outdoors. When the directions of the frames is determined, firstly the weight of each floor is calculated. The purpose of the design is to do the design in the longitudinal frames of axis 13.
