Abstract: This design is the business-living building, located in Zhejiang. The business construction area of about 4544.7㎡, the living construction area of about 4055.7㎡and bottom covers about 785㎡, the total high is 19.6 m, is a multi-storey building. The earthquake intensity is six degrees to setup defences, the forth grade antidetonation, Structural safety grade two and the design life span of 50 years. The Design did not consider seismic calculations. The program used cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, the main load-bearing structure of the two-way framework. Conducting load calculation and after estimating beam, select a framework for load calculations, using layered calculated forces, later analysis the most unfavorable load portfolio ,through D value derived wind load, and then cross-section beams framework for the design. And select some floor panels, staircases, the independent foundation and footing beam design.
