Design of a single-layer plant of light steel structure
Abstract
The project known as a factory building of a lightweight steel portal structure, which has located in Handan, Hebei Province, is refitted by truck carriages. It has a total construction area of 756 square meters, and the main structure is one layer, with a 10t crane beam . The graduation project is based on design information and makes the preliminary architectural design program to identify, selects the structure system, arranges the structural components, calculates loads, makse the structural internal force analysis to determine the component cross-section, then makes the design of connected nodes, maps the working drawings of the structure . Besides, we conducted a crane beam design, made the calculation of the frame strength and stability check, checked purlin strength and stability, checked wall-beam strength and stability, checked the wind column strength and stability. Also we conducted a design of ground beam and the basis. Part of the calculation process which involved has been proofed by people, inputed model, and finally accomplished by PKPM08STS-PK(2008.8).
