The computation selects 4 axis frames to carry on the computation, estimates the main secondary girder and the column section size initially, after load computation, calculates under the vertical load function with the delamination the endogenic force; Extracts under the horizontal wind load function through the D value law the endogenic force, and carries on the most disadvantageous combination to the endogenic force, thus carries on the section design. Simultaneously designed has also contained to the main secondary girder, the floor, continuously Liang's design. The foundation uses the pile foundation, under the column many are the single relieving-type platform supported on piles.
