With the pace of global economic integration accelerating gradually and the Economic Crisis, the world is becoming more and more competitive. It becomes more and more important for how to arrange production to reduce the production cost and improve profits for enterprises.
This paper firstly introduced the thought of Theory Of Constraints and TOC thinking process. And to further explained TP tools to solve problems. Then analyzed in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise production situation of logistics in China,Secondly according to the theory of TOC to classify the production logistics and as Chinise furniture industry a example to explain how to use TOC to optimize production: the first step was to find the bottleneck and the second step was how to solve the bottleneck and at last was to return to the first setp to make sure it is right what we did.It summarized TOC would play a positive role in Chinise small and medium-sized furniture industry finally.
