【Abstract】
The thesis stands for Joyo Beijing FC, analysis the FC and give some advices to it. Customer central is to pull the FC operating. It paid more attention on high efficiency and ideal of logistic, but it also has many problems which lead to the high cost and the limit of its developing. For the problems of FC, including that: low level in machinery, short of people with special skills, and don’t have the standard in operation, and so on , I have give some methods to solve them. For promoting the competition of FC, and also making low of cost, FC can use 3PL, out-resource, bring to new developed technology as GPS、EDI,develop the process ,expand the function of one department ,pay more attention on talents, etc. , make revolution in FC. FC need to compare with other Amazon FC, see their advantage and change its weakness, to realize the target of high efficiency, low cost in service and business. Through the analysis of Joyo’s FC, it makes us more clearly for our country’s B2C developing and future.
