 摘  要
        连锁经营的运行机制决定了物流的必要性，而物流又决定了连锁经营能否发挥其不同于单个零售店的优势，物流在连锁经营中占核心的地位。不同行业的企业对物流运作体系的要求不一样，选择合适的物流运作模式是成功构建企业物流系统的前提。然而，物流系统要发挥其本身的最大功能，还必须构建一个有效的物流运作体系。
    本文以杭州精瑞运动品公司的运作体系为背景，阐述了AHP评价方法在连锁企业物流运作模式抉择方面的运用，以及完善的物流运作体系对连锁企业经营的重大意义。
  第一章阐述了本研究的意义、分析与设计的方法与基本内容。
 第二章对连锁企业物流运作体系分析与设计的理论进行了综述，主要以物流运作体系的分析与设计和物流配送中心的设计为核心。
 第三章基于杭州精瑞运动品公司的物流运作体系进行了分析与设计，结合AHP评价方法和配送中心的设计理论，表明完善的物流运作体系对连锁经营效益的正面影响。
 第四章对本文进行总结，对设计的不足之处进行了归纳，并且对之后的研究工作进行展望。

ABSTRACT

 The chain operational mechanism determines the need for logistics, and logistics also decides whether the chain mode perform its advantages. Logistics always plays the core role on the operation of chain.To enterprises in different sectors, the requirements of the logistics operational system are not the same. A suitable mode of logistics operation can successfully promote the establishment of the logistics system. However, the logistics system performs its most important function, it is also necessary to build an effective logistics operational system.
 This article takes The Operational System Of Hangzhou Jingrui Sports CO., LTD. as an example, elaborating the application of AHP eva luation method in the election of the mode of operation, and great significance of a improved operation system to the chain enterprise  .  
 The first chapter elaborates this research significance, methods of analysis and design， and basic content.
 The second chapter summarizes the chain logistics system analysis and design theory, mainly takes analysis and design of the logistics operational system and distribution center as the core .
 The third chapter elaborates analysis and design of  The Operational System Of Hangzhou Jingrui Sports CO., LTD , combines with AHP eva luation of methods and distribution center design theory, and proves that a improved the logistics operational system does a positive impact to the chain enterprise.
 The fourth chapter summarized the full text, the induction design deficiency, and forecast future design work.
